Refund Statement
VATech Systems software products are available for a no-cost evaluation, prior to
purchase. This no-cost evaluation period is provided so users may determine whether
our solutions address their requirements. Users are urged to download and evaluate
the software, prior to purchase. During this evaluation period, users should determine
the software's fitness for their particular purpose. VATech Systems offers no warranty
that its software is fit for a particular purpose. This determination is at the
sole discretion of the purchaser. All software sales are final. VATech Systems does
not provide refunds on purchases of its software.
Lost Registration Keys
Users who lose their registration keys may send an email with a request to support@vatechsystems.com. We will try to respond within the next business day.
In instances where users have lost their original license key information, users
must not purchase a second license as a temporary license. Users who purchase a
second license, as a temporary license, will not have their purchase refunded. Users
who specify an incorrect email when they purchase should also contact us at
support@vatechsystems.com. Again, such users should not purchase a second
license as a temporary license. Such purchases will not be refunded.
